Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Mommy Cash related to task notifications and responses. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Consent is collected during account signup via a required checkbox. A one-time SMS verification code is sent to confirm ownership of the phone number before any task-related messages are delivered.

How Consent Works

During the onboarding process after signup, you will be asked to provide and verify your mobile phone number. Here is how the consent process works:

1. Enter your phone number — After signing up, you will be directed to the onboarding flow where you enter your mobile phone number.
2. Check the consent checkbox — Before you can proceed, you must explicitly check the consent checkbox indicating you agree to receive SMS messages. This checkbox is required and the verification code cannot be sent until you check it.
3. Receive verification code — Once you check the consent box and click "Send Verification Code," a one-time code will be sent to your phone via SMS.
4. Enter the verification code — Enter the 6-digit code you received to verify ownership of your phone number and complete the consent process.

Message Types

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

• Task assignment notifications with task details
• Daily dispatch notifications when tasks are available
• Phone verification codes during account setup
• Task completion confirmations and status updates
• System notifications related to your account

Mommy Cash does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on task availability and your participation. You may receive up to one message per day, though actual frequency depends on:

• Task availability in your area
• Your opt-in status and account activity
• System notifications and updates

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOPto any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will be unsubscribed from all SMS messages, including task assignment notifications, daily dispatches, and any other SMS communications from Mommy Cash. You will no longer receive any SMS messages from us until you re-subscribe.

Re-Subscription

If you have opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, you can re-subscribe at any time by replying START to any message or by updating your preferences during account signup or in your account settings.

Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Mommy Cash does not charge for messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging fees. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Compliance and Privacy

Mommy Cash complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable U.S. telecommunications regulations. Your phone number will be used solely for the purpose of sending task-related communications and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS consent policy from time to time. Continued use of our SMS service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
