Consent is collected during account signup via a required checkbox. A one-time SMS verification code is sent to confirm ownership of the phone number before any task-related messages are delivered.

You can opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOPto any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will be unsubscribed from all SMS messages, including task assignment notifications, daily dispatches, and any other SMS communications from Mommy Cash. You will no longer receive any SMS messages from us until you re-subscribe.

If you have opted out and wish to resume receiving SMS messages, you can re-subscribe at any time by replying START to any message or by updating your preferences during account signup or in your account settings.
Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Mommy Cash does not charge for messages, but your carrier may apply standard messaging fees. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

Mommy Cash complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable U.S. telecommunications regulations. Your phone number will be used solely for the purpose of sending task-related communications and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may update this SMS consent policy from time to time. Continued use of our SMS service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
